Lead Time

We try to accommodate all requests, but ask that you please place your orders at least one week in advance.

Please email or call us directly when placing orders. All orders will be confirmed within 24 hours. Remember, your orders will not be baked until you receive confirmation of your order.

Hand Delivery

We deliver locally within the East Bay and San Francisco. Delivery fees to locations in the East Bay (Oakland, Berkeley, and surrounding areas within a 15 mile radius) are $20-30 with a minimum order of $50. Delivery fees to San Francisco are $30-40 with a minimum order of $75. Please contact us for delivery rates in other areas. Additional set-up fees may also apply.*

For bulk daily deliveries, please contact us for our rates.

Shipping

Since our products are delicate and perishable, we cannot ship orders by mail.

Payment

We accept Visa and MasterCard through PayPal upon ordering by phone. Business or personal checks are also accepted prior to delivery via US Postal Service.

Hours of Operation

Orders are accepted weekly from Tuesday through Saturday. We’re sorry, but our whisks and ovens take their breaks on Sunday and Monday.
